I hope you are well, can you please pass on a Personal Thank you to Loz for being so professional and extremely helpful on our Potters five lakes mini break. Also could you pass on a personal Thank you to Trevor from Leon’s who was also professional and helpful. This was a first for Regent and both myself and Alex had a brilliant time, I hope you consider this trip again. We both think though it would be better on a five day stay so much to do. The rooms were spacious and clean, the meals were very good.The staff are very helpful and the service excellent, entertainment was very good the all exclusive drinks package was the icing on the cake.

Just want to say what a fantastic time I had on the Marrakech trip!!! It was all wonderfully arranged ant the itinerary was really interesting!!!! One of the best holidays I have had!!!! Hannah who accompanied us was absolutely marvellous. She was so kind and caring to everyone and was unfailingly cheerful. She gave me an unforgettable Moroccan experience!!!!! I am writing with regard to the Regent Walking in Jersey tour from which my wife and I have recently returned. We just wanted to feed back about our experiences after a super holiday. The structure of the holiday was good and the walks excellent. Our hotel, The Cristina, was very comfortable and the food was also excellent. Our tour manager, Martin did a sterling job and our local guides were super. Overall, a great holiday. Martin really came into his own when our flight home was cancelled and we are extremely grateful to Martin and to Wendy and her team for looking after us. It was so reassuring to have accommodation sorted out for us all and to be able to actually enjoy a slightly extended holiday. Our great thanks to Regent and all the team for going above and beyond. We shall certainly be booking again.

I was going to message anyway to say how much I enjoyed this trip. I was really a solo and Erica your tour guide made sure I was welcomed into the group so I felt included at all times. When the going got tough ie our flight being cancelled, she really came to the fore. She must have been under immense strain and despite being ill she remained professional throughout, remaining positive and keeping her sense of humour. No panicking on her watch! She is a credit to your organisation and in my books deserves employee of the year if you have such an accolade! I would also like to thank all the unseen team in the office for the support they provided. It must have been very challenging and to say that at all times, I felt you had our backs! I would certainly holiday with you again and will most definitely be singing your praises.
