I began with Wardle Travel, an independent travel agency in Stafford.  For the last 14 years, I’ve been part of the Regent team, where I continue to enjoy helping others discover the world.

I began my career in travel straight after leaving school, gaining experience in both retail and business travel sectors. After taking a break to pursue a career in Interior Design while my children were young, I soon realised that my true passion remained in travel—and I was fortunate to return to the industry I love. Travel is not just my profession, but my personal passion as well. I enjoy holidaying with my family, whether we’re relaxing on a sunny beach or exploring snowy landscapes in Lapland.

I’ve been in travel a very long time. Cruising is my passion, from the Norwegian Fjords, Iceland, med and the Caribbean, love waking up in a different port. Watching the sunset in the middle of the ocean is breath-taking. I love going to concerts and my claim to fame is being on Supermarket Sweep with Dale Whinton.

My journey in travel kicked off with sun-soaked days in Greece, where I worked as a hotel animator and singer—think poolside games by day and show tunes by night! Since then, I’ve swapped the stage for the travel desk, working first with a major tour operator before finding my perfect fit at an independent travel agency in the UK. I’m endlessly curious about local cultures and historic landmarks, but I’m just as happy screaming my way through the world’s wildest roller coasters. Whether it’s ancient ruins or adrenaline rushes, I’m all about creating unforgettable travel experiences.

After 23 years in IT, specialising in Customer Experience and Customer Success Management, I have returned to my first love – travel.

I’ve had the pleasure of working as a Tour Manager with Regent, leading escorted holidays across the UK and overseas. There’s nothing I enjoy more than helping guests create wonderful memories, whether that’s exploring a new city, embarking on a dream cruise, or simply sharing a coffee, cake, and a laugh with our fabulous customers along the way. Today, I’m fortunate to combine my passion for travel with my experience of building strong customer relationships as Groups Manager at Regent Travel. Working alongside a fantastic team, who create memorable holidays and travel experiences, taking care of all the details so our guests can focus on making memories and enjoying their time away.

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is meeting our guests on tour and seeing the friendships, confidence, and joy that travel brings us all.

With a career in customer service and sales across both the banking and tourism industries, I bring a wealth of experience and a passion for helping people. I trained in travel with Thomas Cook, creating tailor-made holidays that turned dreams into reality, and later spent several years at Lloyds Bank before returning to the industry I love most. Travel has always been close to my heart—I’ve explored Canada, America, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, and I’m especially fond of holidaying in Italy and Spain (while trying to learn the languages!). I’m proud to not only help plan unforgettable escorted tours, but also to occasionally escort them myself, sharing in the joy of our travellers’ experiences. Outside of work, I’m an animal lover, who enjoys nothing more than long walks with my dog.

I then took a career break to explore some of the world’s most beautiful and interesting destinations from hiking iconic trails to experiencing diverse cultures firsthand. After focussing on family, I later embarked on another sabbatical, travelling extensively, before returning to the travel industry with renewed purpose.  I now specialise in escorted walking tours creating memorable, meaningful journeys for like-minded travellers who value active exploration and authentic experiences.
